30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@starkxtools.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Wait for our team to approve your request and send return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
- Ship the item back and provide tracking information as proof of return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for items that have been used or damaged, returns initiated after 30 days, returns sent without prior approval or tracking, or promotional and gift card items unless otherwise stated.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged or Defective Items
